长寿命空间扫描电机轴承润滑油的研制

摘　　要：为研制长寿命空间扫描电机轴承润滑油(DP-1),研制了特定结构的合成烃基础油,研制采用了空间润滑剂专用极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂和其他添加剂,确定了空间扫描电机轴承润滑油(DP-1)的配方。研制油具有突出的润滑性能和热氧化安定性,优良的低挥发性、低温稳定性和黏温性能,并且具有很好的红外透射率。用户使用结果显示研制油可以应用于空间扫描电机轴承的长寿命润滑:该油已成功应用于多颗在轨卫星的空间长寿命润滑。其中最长地面真空实机试验已12年,在轨工作时间9年,超过了我国空间长寿命润滑第一阶段目标,目前仍在正常运行。In order to develop a long-life lubricating oil( DP-1) for space-scanning bearings,a synthetic hydrocarbon base oil with special structure was developed.And extreme pressure antiwear additives,antioxidant and other additives were used in the composition.The developed oil has outstanding lubrication performance and thermal oxidation stability,excellent low volatility,low temperature stability,viscosity-temperature properties and good infrared transmittance.Results of practice application show that the developed oil can be applied to the long-life lubrication of space scanning bearings.The oil has been successfully applied to the long-life lubrication of space satellites in orbit.Among them,the longest one has been worked more than 9 years,while the verifying test time has been more than 12 years and they are all still in normal operation.
