摘  要:对环烷基减压渣油的性质进行了分析及丙烷脱沥青试验,以样品B为原料,在环烷基润滑油工业装置催化剂体系和主要工艺条件下进行了加氢处理-临氢降凝试验并对产品分布和产品性质进行了分析。结果表明:环烷基减压渣油有着较低的蜡含量和较高的残炭、硫含量和氮含量;随着抽提温度的升高,轻脱油的收率逐渐降低,残炭逐渐减小;随着加氢处理-临氢降凝反应温度的提高,装置的液收、产品的密度、运动黏度逐渐降低,但黏度指数逐渐升高;经高压加氢处理-临氢降凝工艺,可以生产出黏度、黏度指数合适的光亮油产品,产品收率也较高,约40%,但倾点不合格,需适当调整催化剂级配体系,提高降凝能力。This paper analyzed the properties of naphthenic vacuum residue and got DAO by propane deasphalting test,then carried out hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing test using sample B under the catalyst system and main process conditions of the naphthenic lubricating oil plant.After that,the product distribution and product properties were analyzed also.The results showed that naphthenic vacuum residue has lower wax content and higher carbon residue,sulfur and nitrogen content;With the increase of extraction temperature,the yields of light oil and carbon residue decrease gradually.With the increase of the reaction temperature,the yield of liquid,density and viscosity of the product decrease gradually,while the viscosity index increases.BS with suitable viscosity and viscosity index can be produced by hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing process,and the yield of the product is also high to about 40%,but the pour point may not be qualified,the catalyst grading system needs to be adjusted appropriately to improve the hydrodewaxing ability.
