摘　　要：文章在探讨单次过滤和多次过滤模式的基础上,分析了过滤模式选择的原则以及润滑油过滤器的应用。多次过滤用于润滑油的基础油和成品罐的循环过滤,单次过滤用于润滑油的灌装过滤,两个模式的结合使用,更利于润滑油过滤目标的实现。使用绝对精度折叠滤袋无需改造当前过滤器系统,满足高清洁度要求且能实现较高灌装速度。The principal of filter model selection and the application of lubricant filter are introduced and discussed based on the definition of single pass filtration and multiple pass filtration.The multiple pass filtration is used in base oil and product oil reservoirs,the single pass filtration is used in lubricant filling line.The combination of the two filtration models is more conducive to achieving the goal of lubricant filtration.The absolute precision pleated filter bag works well to meet the requirements of high cleanliness and higher filling speed without upgrading the existing filter system.
