摘 要:为探究叶面肥与控释肥对肥城桃叶片营养状况及果实品质影响并筛选出最佳处理,本试验通过测定叶片矿质营养、果实的内外品质及香气物质对其进行综合评价。结果表明,叶面肥和控释肥处理增加了叶片N、P、K含量。叶面喷施0.0016%的芸苔素内酯(BR)显著提高单果重、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比,分别比不施肥对照增加5.84%、16.49%和16.58%;主要酯类香气物质乙酸己酯比对照提高14.24%;控释肥处理提高可溶性糖和可溶性固形物含量及糖酸比,每株6袋综合表现较好。综合本研究结果,可以结合叶面喷施0.0016%的芸苔素内酯1500倍溶液和单株沟施氮磷钾控释肥6袋(570g)提高肥桃品质。In order to explore the effects of foliar fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer on nutriention status of leaves and fruit quality of Feicheng peach and select the best treatment, the mineral nutrition of leaves, internal and external quality and aroma substances of fruits were determined and evaluated comprehensively in this experiment. The results showed that foliar fertilizer and controlled release fertilizer increased the contents of N, P and K in leaves. Compared with CK, foliar application of 0.0016% brassinolide(BR) solution significantly increased the fruit weight, soluble sugar content and sugar-acid ratio by 5.84%, 16.49% and 16.58% respectively, and the hexyl acetate as the main ester aroma substance increased by 14.24%. Controlled-release fertilizer treatment increased the content of soluble sugar and soluble solids and the sugar-acid ratio, and the treatment with 6 bags per plant showed better overall performance. Therefore, foliar fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer could improve leaf nutrition and fruit quality. According to the results, the quality of peach could be improved by spraying 0.0016% brassinolide solution at 1 500 times on the leaves and applying 6 bags of controlled-release fertilizer (570 g) of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in a single ditch.
