摘 要:双委夜蛾是近年来新发玉米害虫,研发人工饲料是研究其生物学、生态学的基础。因此,本研究在实验室条件下选用人工饲料和灰菜分别饲喂双委夜蛾,比较了不同食料对双委夜蛾生长发育及繁殖的影响。结果显示:人工饲料饲喂的双委夜蛾卵孵化率(95.00%)高于灰菜(86.81%);取食灰菜的幼虫历期极显著延长;蛹历期没有显著性差异,但是人工饲料饲养的双委夜蛾蛹重极显著高于灰菜。取食人工饲料的双委夜蛾成虫产卵前期短,产卵量多,且寿命更长,其中雄蛾寿命、产卵量差异显著,雌蛾寿命和产卵前期差异不显著。因此,本研究认为人工饲料可以提供双委夜蛾正常生长的营养物质,保证其大量繁殖。As a new maize pest emerging in recent years, the development of artificial diet of Athetis dissimilis (Hampson) is the base for studying its biological and ecological habit. Therefore, the growth, development and reproduction of A. dissimilis (Hampson) were compared by using artificial diet and pigweed (Chenopodium album L.) under laboratory conditions in the study. The results showed that the hatching rate of A. dissimilis (Hampson) fed artificial diet (95.00%) was higher than that fed pigweed (86.81%). And the larval duration fed pigweed was extremly significantly prolonged. There was no significant difference in the duration of prepupae and pupae between different foodstuffs. But the weight of pupae fed artificial diet was significantly higher than that fed pigweed. The adults fed artificial diet had short pre-ovulation, high egg production and long life. Among different foodstuff treatment, male moths had significant differences in life span and spawning amount, while had no significant differences in longevity and pre-ovulation of female moths. The study indicated that artificial diet could provide normal growth nutrients and ensure its mass reproduction.
