摘 要:矮小蛋鸡体型小,饲料消耗少,拥有良好的生产性能,在养殖过程中更有利于降低饲料成本,是优质蛋鸡育种的理想素材。本研究以两种矮小蛋鸡品系A1、A2为父本,与草蛋鸡品系C3、C4和高产蛋鸡品系G2杂交,检测后代的体型、生产性能和蛋品质。结果表明,矮小蛋鸡与草蛋鸡杂交比与高产蛋鸡杂交体型小,其中与C4杂交比与C3杂交更明显;蛋重、产蛋率及产蛋数也小,但成活率高,其中矮小蛋鸡A1好于A2,A1与C4杂交最节约饲料;矮小蛋鸡与草蛋鸡杂交比与高产蛋鸡杂交蛋黄质量高,蛋壳颜色也更接近草蛋鸡。综上,A1与C4杂交的整体性能更符合国内消费偏好。本研究为优质节粮型蛋鸡配套系的组建提供了参考依据。Dwarf laying hens are conducive to lower feed cost in breeding process for small size, low feed consumption and good production performance. They are the ideal breed for breeding high-quality laying hens. In the study, two dwarf laying hen lines A1 and A2 were used as male parents to be hybridized with native laying hen lines C3, C4 and high production laying hen line G2. Then the offspring’s body size, production performance and egg quality were detected. The results showed that the body size of offspring of dwarf laying hen lines hybridized with native laying hen lines was smaller than that with high production laying hen lines, in which,the hybrid with C3 was more obvious than that with C4. The egg weight, laying rate and egg number were lower than those with high production laying hen lines, but the survival rate was opposite, in which,A1 was better than A2, and the hybrid offspring of A1 and C4 saved feed the most. The yolk quality of offspring of dwarf laying hen lines hybridized with native laying hen lines was higher than that with high production laying hen lines, and the shell color was closer to that of native laying hen lines. In conclusion, the overall performance of A1 and C4 hybrid offspring was more consistent with consumption preference in China. The study provided a reference for the establishment of high-quality and feed-saving dwarf laying hen matching lines.
