摘  要:[目的]通过对江苏科技类学术期刊出版能力的分析,帮助省内期刊了解自身发展位置,同时有利于主管部门掌握全省期刊的发展现状与趋势。[方法]对期刊基础情况、学术影响力、发展潜力等方面进行分析研究。[结果]分析发现,江苏科技类学术期刊在学术质量、精品建设、出版发行、经营管理、创新创优等具有较高的办刊水平,呈现整体办刊质量上乘、具有一定的国际化视野、优势期刊集群显现等特点,同时也存在着名刊数量缺乏、国际影响力不高、小部分期刊散弱等现实问题。[结论]提出着力打造国内领衔期刊、大力培育国际知名期刊、扶持期刊集群发展、加快推进数字化传播手段、加强出版人才队伍建设等对策建议。[Purpose]The publishing ability of Jiangsu sci-tech academic journals is evaluated to help periodicals to understand their position as well as to help the administration to master the current situation and trend of the development.[Methodology]Collect and analyze the status, academic impact, potentialities of the journals.[Findings] In recent years, the sci-tech academic journals of Jiangsu province maintain a high level development of academic quality, publication, distribution, management and innovation. On one side, the journals is outstanding of superior quality, becoming more international, and springing up brand journal groups. On the other side, we have to be aware of the lack of famous journals, the disadvantage of low international influence, and the weakness of some small journals.[Conclusions]Therefore, we try to give some constructive proposals, such as vigorously build domestic leading journal, cultivate international journal, support the formation of journal group, accelerate the digital transmission methods and strengthen the construction of publishing talent team.
