摘　　要：目的分析武警某队属医院军人门诊处方现状,进一步规范门诊处方,提高药物使用的安全性和合理性。方法根据《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》要求,对医院2017年1月至2018年12月门诊药房军人处方进行抽样,并点评分析。结果 2017年度和2018年度均抽取处方1 200张,处方合格率分别为97.16%和98.17%,不合理处方分别为34张和22张,以不规范处方和用药不适宜处方居多,而用药不适宜处方分别占到了73.53%和72.73%。不合理处方类型包括11种,主要集中在处方前记、正文、后记内容缺项,书写不规范或者字迹难以辨认的、遴选药品不适宜的和重复给药的等类型。结论通过对军人门诊处方进行抽样点评,发现其中存在的问题,分析其原因,并提出相应的整改措施,对促进门诊药物合理使用能够起到积极作用。Objective To analyze the status of military outpatient prescriptions in a hospital of People′s Armed Police(PAP),further standardize outpatient prescriptions,and improve the safety and rationality of drug use. Methods According to the Prescription Management Measures and Hospital Prescription Review Management Regulations(Trial),the military outpatient prescriptions from January 2017 to December 2018 were sampled and reviewed. Results In the year 2017 and 2018,1 200 prescriptions were drawn. The pass rates were 97.16% and 98.17%, respectively. The unreasonable prescriptions were 34 and 22 respectively. Most were not standardized and unsuitable for drug use. The prescriptions unsuitable for drug use accounted for 73.53% and 72.73% respectively. There were 11 types of unreasonable prescriptions, mainly focusing on the pre-prescription, text, post-script missing, non-standard or illegible writing,unsuitable drug selection and repeated administration. Conclusion Through sample review of the military outpatient prescriptions,the problems and the causes are analyzed,and the corresponding corrective measures are proposed,which would play a positive role in promoting the rational use of outpatient drugs.
