摘　　要：综合业务管理平台是集办公、项目、财务、党群(人事)等业务管理于一体的综合性信息管理系统。本文论述了该平台的基本定位、设计思路,提出了平台的总体构架,阐述了平台建设涉及的业务内容及其相关的技术和功能。平台设计开发的完成与应用,将建立一个系统互联互通、数据统一管理、业务协同办理的综合业务管理信息化“大平台”,构建信息化支撑的统一、规范、高效的内部运行管理机制,对强化内部管理,提升办事效率起到推动作用。The integrated business management platform is a comprehensive information management system which integrates office, project, finance, party members and the masses ( human resources ) and other business management. This paper discusses the basic positioning and design ideas of the platform, and proposes the overall structure of the platform, as well as the business content and related technologies and functions involved in the platform construction. The completion and application of the IBMP will establish a "big platform" for integrated business management informationization which includes system interconnection, unified data management and business collaborative, and build a unified, standardized and efficient internal operation management mechanism on the basis of information technology, which will undoubtedly play a positive role in strengthening internal management and improving management efficiency.
