摘 要:复发转移是导致肺癌死亡的主要原因,目前尚缺乏有效的理论指导和干预措施。田建辉团队基于"扶正治癌"学术思想,融合现代肿瘤学的研究,提出"正虚伏毒"为肺癌发生发展的核心病机,其中"伏毒"指的是肿瘤病人体内的多种肿瘤细胞,包括静止期癌细胞。静止期癌细胞对放化疗不敏感且可以逃避机体免疫清除,激活后会造成肿瘤的转移和复发。徐宏喜课题组率先提出可以通过抑制静止期癌细胞激活预防肿瘤的转移和复发,建立了一系列体内外的研究模型,并发现了抑制静止期癌细胞激活的关键分子机理和活性先导化合物。静止期癌细胞的研究将为预防肺癌转移复发提供实验证据和理论支持。Recurrence and metastasis are the primary cause of mortality in lung cancer. At present, effective theoretical guidance and intervention on these causes are yet unavailable. Tian Jianhui and his team proposed"Deficiency of vital qi and hidden toxin"as the core pathogenesis in lung cancer, which stems from the"strengthening the body to treat the cancer"concept and integration with current oncology research."Hidden toxin"refers to varies types of cancer cells within cancer patients, including quiescent cancer cells(QCC). QCC are insensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy and additionally can evade immune system’s extermination, consequently cancer metastasis and recurrence once QCC are activated. Xu Hongxi’s research team pioneered the concept that cancer recurrence and metastasis can be prevented via suppressing the activation of QCC. They established a series of in vivo and in vitro research models as well as discovered the key molecular mechanism and active lead compounds which could effectively inhibit QCC activation. The research on QCC may provide experimental evidence and theoretical support in prevention of metastasis and recurrence in lung cancer.
