摘　　要：转移防控效率不高导致肺癌患者死亡率居高不下,由于对远处转移发生的"种子"-循环肿瘤细胞认识不足而不能实施精准干预是重要原因。课题组成功建立首例人非小细胞肺癌循环肿瘤细胞系-CTCTJH-01,确定了其表型特征和生物学特征,并以此为基础构建肺癌转移研究的特异性研究平台,将提高肺癌转移的转化研究水平,促进肺癌转移防治瓶颈的突破,同时丰富了肺癌转移核心病机"正虚伏毒"的内涵。The low efficiency of metastasis prevention and treatment leads to the high mortality rate of lung cancer patients. The inadequate understanding of the "seeds" of distant metastasis--circulating tumor cells, is an important reason. The first human non-small cell lung cancer circulating tumor cell line(CTC-TJH-01) has been successfully established by our research team. Its phenotypic and biological characteristics have been determined. Based on this, a specific research platform for lung cancer metastasis research has been constructed, which will improve the transformation research level of lung cancer metastasis, promote the breakthrough of the bottleneck of prevention and treatment of lung cancer metastasis, and enrich the connotation of the core pathogenesis of lung cancer--"deficiency of vital qi and hidden toxin".
