有机硅酮对聚丙烯流延膜的改性及性能影响

摘　　要：以有机硅酮作为添加剂改性聚丙烯,改善了聚丙烯流延膜在加工中表面光泽度差及流纹现象,提高了聚丙烯流延膜综合性能。通过傅里叶红外光谱(IR)表征了有机硅酮/聚丙烯共混物的结构,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察有机硅酮/聚丙烯共混物的断面结构,结果表明,有机硅酮和聚丙烯完全相容成连续相结构。通过聚丙烯流延膜拉伸性能、光泽度、雾度及摩擦系数的测试,结果表明:随着有机硅酮含量的增加,聚丙烯流延膜的拉伸强度先减小后增大,断裂伸长率先增大后减小,光泽度逐渐增大,雾度逐渐增大,静摩擦系数和动摩擦系数逐渐减小。其中,有机硅酮添加量为2份时,聚丙烯流延膜的综合性能最佳。所以,有机硅酮能明显提升聚丙烯流延膜的综合性能。Organic silicone was used as a additive to modify polypropylene to improve the surface gloss deficiency and rheological phenomenon of polypropylene casting film and improve the comprehensive performance of polypropylene casting film. The structure of organic silicone/polypropylene blends were characterized by fourier infrared spectroscopy ( IR). The cross section structure of organic silicone/polypropylene blends were observed by scanning electron microscope ( SEM ). It was found that organic silicone and polypropylene were completely compatible and become a continuous phase structure. The tensile properties, glossiness, haze and friction coefficients of polypropylene casting film were tested. The results showed that, with the increasing of organic silicone content, the tensile strength of polypropylene casting film decreased at first and then increased. The fracture elongation of polypropylene casting film increased at first and then decreased. The glossiness, haze, static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient increased gradually. And the comprehensive properties of polypropylene casting film were optimized when the amount of additives of organic silicone were 2 phr. Therefore, the organic silicone could obviously improve the comprehensive properties of polypropylene casting film.
