摘　　要：探讨精梳机胶辊应用问题。介绍了精梳胶辊的技术特点及工艺要求。阐述了精梳胶辊制作技术要点和胶辊表面处理的要点。提出了精梳胶辊的保养要求和操作要求。认为:精细制作精梳胶辊,严格执行精梳胶辊管理制度,强化胶辊维护和保养,对提高精梳半成品质量起着关键作用。Application of comber rubber-covered roll was discussed.Technology feature and process requirements of rubber-covered roll were introduced.Production technology key points and rubber-covered roll surface treatment key points were expounded.Maintenance requirements and operation requirements of combing rubber-covered roll were proposed.It is considered that combing rubber-covered roll is finely made,management system of combing rubber-covered roll is strictly carried out,protection and maintenance of rubber-covered roll are strengthed.They play a key role in improving quality of combing semi-finished products.
