泥水盾构机搅拌器搅拌特性影响因素规律研究

摘　　要：为防止泥水盾构机排浆口处碴土堆积沉淀而堵塞排浆口,采用多重参考模型(MRF)构建双搅拌器系统,从转动速度、转动方向、间距大小和泥浆入口流速等4个常见的操作参数切入,分析不同参数对搅拌特性的影响规律,为实际工程选取搅拌器操作参数提供借鉴。研究结果表明:增大2个搅拌器的转动速度能够有效提升整个搅拌区域的搅拌速度;反向向上旋转使得速度流线更加对称,中间区域向上速度更大,提升能力更大;随着双搅拌器间距的增大,中间区域速度不断减小,两侧区域速度不断增大,但中间区域上侧部分速度先增大后减小;泥浆入口流速对搅拌特性影响较小,除中间区域下侧速度有明显增加外,其他区域变化较小。To prevent soil accumulation precipitation and congestion in slurry shield row mud pulp mouth holes,MRF model was used to construct double agitator system,from four common operating parameters,such as the rotation speed,the rotation direction,space size,and mud inlet velocity,analyed the influence law of different parameters on the stirring characteristics,serving as a reference for practical engineering select agitator operation parameters.The results show that increasing the rotation speed of the two agitators can effectively improve the speed of the entire stirring area;the reverse upward rotation makes the velocity streamline more symmetrical,and the upward velocity and lifting capacity of the middle area are greater.With the increase of the distance between the double agitators,the speed in the middle region decreases continuously,and the speed in the two sides increases continuously.However,the speed in the upper part of the middle region first increases and then decreases.The velocity of mud inlet has little influence on the mixing characteristics,except that the velocity on the lower side of the middle area increases obviously,the other areas change little.
