摘　　要：目的:观察柴黄桃红汤高位保留灌肠辅治急性轻症胰腺炎腑实热结型的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例。两组均用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用柴黄桃红汤高位保留灌肠治疗。两组均治疗7天。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),而治疗组中医证候积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床症状和体征、血清淀粉酶及尿淀粉酶恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴黄桃红汤辅治急性轻症胰腺炎腑实热结型有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Chaihuang Taohong Decoction with high-retention enema on acute mild pancreatitis of heat stagnation and Fu-organ excess type.Method:Sixty acute pancreatitis patients were randomized into two groups equally.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine (WM)and the observation group received Chaihuang Taohong Decoction with higher-tention enema treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The recovery time of abdominal pain,AMS,UAMY,LPS,WBC and CRP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihuang Taohong Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute mild pancreatitis with heat stagnation and Fu-organ excess syndrome type.
