摘 要:在聚羧酸减水剂分子主链上插入磷酸基官能团不但可以提高减水剂的减水率,而且能改善减水剂保坍性和适应性。通过正交试验,采用次亚磷酸钠(SHP)-过硫酸铵氧化还原引发体系,以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)及丙烯酸(AA)为单体,通过自由基聚合反应,合成有机磷类聚羧酸系高性能减水剂。其最佳聚合工艺参数为:反应温度60℃,m(HPEG)∶m(AA)=12,过硫酸铵、链转移剂SHP用量分别为HPEG质量的1.0%、0.8%。红外光谱分析和性能测试结果表明,所制备的膦基醚类聚羧酸减水剂(HPCE-3),在结构上引入了磷酸根基团,对水泥具有良好的分散性能,具有较高的减水率。Inserting phosphate groups into the polycarboxylic acid reducing agent molecular backbone not only can improve the water reducing rate of the water reducing agent and,but also water reducing agent slump and adaptability. According to orthogonal experiment,phosphono-containing ether polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by radical polymerization of methyl allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene(HPEG) and acrylic acid(AA) using sodium hypophosphite(SHP) as chain transfer agent,and ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator. The results showed that the optimum polymerization conditions were as follows,the reaction temperature is 60 ℃,the weiht ratio of monomers m(HPEG)∶m(AA)=12,m(APS)∶m(HPEG)=1∶100,m(SHP)∶m(HPEG)=0.8∶100. FTIR and performance test results showed that the introduction of phosphate group into the structure of the prepared superplasticizer(HPCE-3) had high water-reducing rate,and has good dispersion performance to the cement.
