摘  要:以页岩为主要原料,将废弃混合料以不同的掺量加入后,经焙烧制得再生烧结页岩砖。试验结果表明,再生烧结页岩砖的抗压强度对石灰爆裂有一定程度的影响,本试验再生烧结页岩砖样均符合GB/T5101—2017《烧结普通砖》一等品烧结砖的要求。通过试样的破坏特征与形态,整理分析试验数据,来分析影响建筑废弃物再生烧结页岩砖石灰爆裂的因素。The regenerated sintered shale brick was prepared by calcining taking shale as main raw material,adding different dosages of waste mixture. Test result showed that the compressive strength of regenerated sintered shale bricks has a certain degree of influence on lime burst. In this experiment,the building waste regenerated and sintered shale brick samples meet the requirements of first-class sintered bricks. In this paper,through the failure characteristics and morphology of the samples,the experimental data were analyzed to analyze the factors affecting the lime burst of the shale bricks from the construction waste regeneration.
