摘 要:通过采用不同的工频周期数(NPLC)测试直流电压、电阻和铂热电阻温度,研究了采集速率对数据采集系统测量准确度的影响。测量准确度由500个连续采样点的标准偏差来表示。试验结果表明,通过降低直流电压、电阻和铂热电阻温度的采集速率,可以大幅提高测量准确度。输出的直流电压值和铂热电阻温度值对相同采集速率下的测量准确度影响不大,但是电阻值的大小会对测量准确度产生一定的影响。The effects of acquisition rate on the measurement accuracy of data acquisition system are studied by using different numbers of power line cycles (NPLC) to test DC voltage, resistance and platinum RTD temperature.Measurement accuracy is represented by the standard deviation of 500 consecutive sample points.The test results show that the measurement accuracy can be greatly improved by reducing the acquisition rate of DC voltage, resistance and platinum thermistor temperature.The output DC voltage value and the platinum RTD temperature value have little effect on the measurement accuracy at the same acquisition rate,but the value of the resistance will have a certain influence on the measurement accuracy.
