摘 要:分别采用X射线荧光光谱仪和光谱仪对仿真饰品镍含量和镍释放量进行检测,寻求仿真饰品金属覆盖层类型、表面镍含量、基体镍含量与饰品镍释放量的关系,进而通过X射线荧光光谱法对金属覆盖层和镍含量进行检测,就可迅速对仿真饰品是否需要进行镍释放量的检测作出快速筛选判定。研究结果表明,表面镍含量≤8%的,可以不进行基体镍含量、镍释放量的检测。表面镍含量>8%,需要进行基体镍含量的检测,判断饰品表面是否有金属覆盖层及覆盖层的类型,再对是否需要进行镍释放量的检测作判定。X-ray fluorescence microscope analyzer was used to test metallic coating,nickel content of imitation ornaments,and Atomic Absorption spectrometer was used to test nickel release. Study the relationship between metallic coating,nickel content and nickel release of imitation ornaments, we could confirm if the nickel release of ornaments were needed to test just by XRF analyzer.The results showed that the matrix nickel content and nickel release were not needed to test if the nickel content of the ornaments' surface were not beyond 8%. If the nickel content of the ornaments' surface were beyond 8%, the matrix nickel content were needed to test for confirming metallic coating, and then decided to whether the nickel release of ornaments were needed to test.
