摘 要:介绍了大型吸收式换热机组的原理及参数,并对大型吸收式换热机组运行过程中供回水温度、流量和供热效果进行了统计分析。发现通过在热力站安装大型吸收式换热机组,一次网供回水温差相比普通热力站提高14℃,采暖季平均流量减小22%,有效地提高二次侧供热质量。最后,指出了大型吸收式换热机组改造和运行过程中存在的问题并提出了应对建议。The principle and parameters of the large absorption heat exchanger are introduced. And the temperature, flow and heating effect of the large absorption heat exchanger are statistically analyzed in the operation process. It is found that through installing a large absorption heat exchange unit at the thermal station, the backwater temperature of the primary network is increased by 14 ℃ compared with the ordinary heat station, and the average flow rate during the heating season is reduced by 22%, effectively improving the secondary side heating quality. Finally, problems are pointed out which exist in the transformation and operation of the large absorption heat exchanger and suggestions are put forward.
