香梨两种树形光照分布与果实品质的比较

摘　　要：以4年树龄的主干形和小冠疏层形的香梨为试材,研究了香梨两种树形光照分布与果实品质的比较。结果表明:主干形和小冠疏层形不同层次光照强度日变化差异明显,树冠内不同层次光照强度表现为:从下层到上层,从内膛到外围逐渐增强。小冠疏层形香梨的单果重、果点密度、硬度、叶绿素含量、可滴定酸含量大于主干形,两种树形果实果形指数相近,主干形果柄稍长于小冠疏层形,果柄粗度、着色指数、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量高于小冠疏层形,主干形可溶性糖含量、硬度随结果部位上移依次增大,可滴定酸含量则相反,主干形上层果实可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物含量最高。The light distribution and fruit quality of two kinds of fragrant pears were compared with that of trunk and small crown. The results showed that the diurnal variation of light intensity in different layers of trunk and small crown was obvious, and the light intensity in different layers of crown was gradually enhanced from the lower layer to the upper layer and the bore to the periphery. The fruit weight of fragrant pear with small coronal thin layer,, hardness, chlorophyll content, titratable acid content were greater than the trunk form. The fruit shape index of the two forms were similar. The fruit stalk roughness, color index, total soluble solids content, soluble sugar content with trunk shape were higher than the small thin layer form. The content of soluble sugar and the soluble solid in the upper fruit of the trunk shape were the highest. The content of soluble sugar and hardness increased with the results moving up while the titratable acid content was the opposite.
