摘　　要：近年来,综合体建筑的比重逐年增加,是我国电力用户的主要组成部分。由于其组成的复杂性,综合体用电侧的研究,是实现用电有序化、智能化的关键。文中针以综合体建筑实时监测分析与控制系统的设计和应用为目的,通过LonWorks总线技术,实现对综合体建筑用能的总体实时监控,并针对不同用户场景的能耗情况对比,制定综合体物业与用户的互动用能策略。本系统通过长时间运行监测、数据的分析和对比,降低综合体建筑整用能使用达15%。In recent years,the proportion of commercial complex increases year by year,which is the main component of power users in China.Due to the complexity of its composition,the study on the power side of commercial complex is the key to realize orderly and intelligent power consumption.This paper aims at the design and application of the real-time monitoring analysis and control system of commercial complex,realizes the overall real-time monitoring of the energy use of commercial complex through LonWorks bus technology,and formulates the interactive energy use strategy of commercial complex property and users based on the comparison of energy consumption in different user scenarios.The system can reduce the overall use capacity of commercial complex by 15% through long-term operation monitoring,data analysis and comparison.
