摘　　要：改革开放40年来,青少年犯罪受到社会学学科的持续关注,青少年犯罪的社会学理论阐释是其重要组成部分。我国学者主要从社会控制理论、社会失范理论、社会化理论、社会互动理论、亚文化理论、社会解组理论、社会冲突理论、社会系统理论等理论视野出发,对青少年犯罪的成因及防治路径进行了深刻的理论解读,为青少年犯罪研究的深入发展与规范前行提供学理支撑和研究准备。未来青少年犯罪的社会学理论阐释将朝着坚持理论自觉、理论整合、西方理论与本土理论相结合的方向发展,力求全方位、多角度、深层次剖析青少年犯罪的成因、影响与防治路径。In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up, juvenile delinquency has received constant attention from the sociology discipline. Chinese scholars mainly studythe causes and prevention of juvenile delinquency path for the deep theoretical interpretation and provide theory support for the further development of the research of juvenile delinquency and specification from the social control theory, social anomie theory, social theory and social interaction theory, theory of subculture, social solutions group theory, social conflict theory, and the theory of social systems theory field of vision. In the future, the sociological theoretical interpretation of juvenile delinquency will develop in the direction of adhering to theoretical consciousness, theoretical integration, combination of western theories and local theories, striving to analyze the causes, influences and prevention approaches of juvenile delinquency in an all-round, multi-angle and in-depth manner.
