摘 要:为了解钢的组织转变的动态,对主要成分为0.20C、1.36Mn、0.52Si、0.63Cr和0.14Mo(质量分数,%)的高强度耐磨钢试样加热至650℃、750℃、850℃、900℃、978℃和1 186℃随后冷却至600℃、580℃、560℃、550℃、500℃、450℃和350℃时,采用激光共聚焦显微镜进行原位观察。结果表明:在加热过程中,奥氏体的晶界向曲率中心迁移和长大,呈夹角约120°的三叉晶界;在以5℃/s的速度冷却至600℃左右时,贝氏体首先在晶界、夹杂物和位错等处形核,随后在晶内及已形成的贝氏体板条上形核和长大。In order to understand development of structural transformation in steel,the high-strength wear-resistant steel specimens whose essential compositions are 0.20%C,1.36% Mn,0.52% Si,0.63% Cr,and 0.14% Mo(by mass)were heated to austenitizing temperatures and then cooled,and in-situ observed under a laser scanning confocal microscope when heated to 650 ℃,750℃,850 ℃,900 ℃,978 ℃,and 1 186 ℃,and cooled to 600 ℃,580 ℃,560℃,550 ℃,500 ℃,450 ℃,and 350 ℃.The results showed that the austenite grain boundaries migrated to their curvature center,grown,and became trident boundaries having included angles of about 120°between them during the heating,and that when cooled at 5 ℃/s to about 600 ℃ the bainite nucleated first at boundaries,inclusions and dislocations and then in grain interiors and previously formed bainite laths,and grown.
