摘　　要：随着计算机的普及以及网络通讯技术的持续发展,网络安全的重要性日渐突出。提出一种基于椭圆曲线加密算法和希尔加密算法的新型加密算法。该算法在安全性、计算量和效率等各方面都得到了提升,可以高效率地应用于无线应用,适用于各种小型便携设备和嵌入式设备。未来,通过对该算法的改进,可以进一步应用于RGB图像以及实时的多媒体。With the popularity of computer and the continuous development of network communication technology,the importance of network security is becoming more and more prominent. A new encryption algorithm based on elliptic curve encryption algorithm and Hill encryption algorithm is proposed. The algorithm has been improved in security,computation and efficiency,and can be used in wireless applications efficiently. It is suitable for all kinds of small portable devices and embedded devices. In the future,through the improvement of the algorithm,it can be further applied to RGB images and real-time multimedia.
