摘  要:探讨《水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法》HJ535-2009在实验过程中可能出现的误差,通过确定A类、B类标准不确定度分量,计算出合成标准不确定度。从而正确地评定检测结果的不确定度,以控制影响检测结果的各种因素,正确把握检测结果的不确定度,并作为检测结果溯源的依据。This paper discusses the errors that may occur during the experimental process of 《Water quality-Determination of ammonia nitrogen-Nessler's Reagent Spectrophotometry》(HJ 535-2009). By determining the uncertainty A and uncertainty B, the combined standard uncertainty is calculated, so as to correctly evaluate the uncertainty of the detection results. In this way, various factors affecting the detection results are controlled, and the uncertainty of the detection results is correctly grasped, and serves as a basis for tracing the detection results.
