摘 要:柴油是石油加工的主要产品,其水分含量有着严格的要求。本文基于纤维床聚结分离技术对柴油进行脱水性能研究,并对不同的优选纤维进行组合实验。实验结果显示,原料柴油的含水率在1000ppm以上,通过选用4种不同的纤维填料床,可以将含水率降低至250ppm以下,其中“改性纤维A+改性纤维B混编纤维床”内件综合除水效果较好,建议工业装置选用,以实现油品的达标提质。Diesel is the main product of petroleum processing, and the requirements of water content is high. In this paper, the dehydration performance of diesel oil was studied based on the fiber bed coalescence separation technology, and different preferred fibers were experimented for optimization. The experimental results showed that the water content of the original diesel was above 1000 ppm. By selecting four different fiber packed beds, the water content could be reduced to less than 250 ppm, among which “modified fiber A + modified fiber B mixed fiber bed” had a better comprehensive water removal effect, thus it could be used in industrial equipment to improve the quality of oil products.
