高效液相色谱法测定艾曲波帕片有关物质及含量

摘  要:目的建立测定艾曲波帕片有关物质及含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用WelchC8色谱柱;以0.02mol/L磷酸氢二钾缓冲盐溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至6.5)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B;检测波长210nm;柱温:30℃;流速1.0mL/min。结果艾曲波帕浓度在90.0~210.0μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,r为0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.5%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好、专属性高,可用于艾曲波帕片的有关物质检测和含量测定。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of related substances and contents of atratropine tablets. Methods Welch C8 column was used;0.02 mol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate buffer solution (pH adjusted to 6.5 with phosphoric acid) was used as mobile phase A, acetonitrile was mobile phase B;detection wavelength was 210nm, column temperature: 30 ℃;flow rate 1.0 mL/min. Results The concentration of ezeppa has a good linear relationship in the range of 90.0~210.0 μg/mL, r is 0.9998, the average recovery is 99.0 %, and the RSD is 0.5 %. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and specific. It can be used for the detection and determination of related substances in Atratropine tablets.
