通丝耐磨测试仪试验参数对通丝耐磨性能的影响

摘　　要：通丝是提花织机开口装置的主要提升部件之一,其耐磨性决定着通丝的使用寿命。利用自制的通丝耐磨测试仪,研究了不同试验参数对通丝耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,通丝的耐磨性能随载荷和速度的增加呈指数下降,随摩擦长度的增大而降低。自制的通丝耐磨测试仪具有速度快、效率高、性能稳定的特点,可用作通丝加速磨损的测试装置,为检测通丝质量、改进通丝制备工艺提供了有效的测试方法。Harness cord is one of the main lifting parts of the jacquard loom for forming the shed,and the wear resistance determines its service life.The influence of different test parameters on the wearability of harness cord was studied by the self-made wear-resistance tester.The results indicate that the abrasion resistance of harness cord decreases exponentially with the increase of load and velocity,and reduces gradually with the rise of friction length.The wear-resistance tester has the characteristics of high speed,high efficiency and stability.It is suitable as an accelerated wear testing device of harness cord,which provides a test method with high efficiency for examining the quality and improving the preparation process of the harness cord.
