摘  要:地方本科院校在应用型转型背景下,进行应用型人才培养模式和培养途径的探索是非常必要的.以土木工程为例,按照本科高职“2+2”协同培养模式来培养应用型本科人才,详细阐述该培养模式的优点、培养理念、人才培养方案、办学成效等关键问题,并指出需要反思之处.本科高职“2+2”协同培养模式无疑是应用型人才培养的一种有益探索,可以为工程建设提供人才支持,也可以为应用型人才培养模式改革提供参考和借鉴.Under the background of applied transformation, local undergraduate colleges are very necessary to explore the training mode and training methods of applied talents. Taking civil engineering as an example, according to the "2+2” collaborative training mode of undergraduate higher vocational education, the application of undergraduate talents is cultivated, and the key issues of the training mode, training concept, talent training plan, school running efiect, etc. are elaborated, and the need to reflect Where. The "2+2" collaborative training mode of undergraduate higher vocational education is undoubtedly a usefiil exploration for the cultivation of applied talents. It can provide talent support for engineering construction, and can also provide reference and reference for the reform of applied talent training mode.
