加强高校学生党员教育实效性的路径探析

摘　　要：当前大学生党员群体中存在理论学习弱化、先进意识不强、入党动机不纯等问题,加强学生党员教育工作势在必行。论文探讨了学生党员教育过程中高校所面临的思想认识、教育效果、师资队伍、考核评价等方面的困难和挑战,并从完善理论教育体系、丰富实践教育载体、加强师资队伍建设、健全考核评价机制等方面,提出了加强高校学生党员教育实效性的对策建议。There are some problems in the Party members of university student currently,such as the weakening of theoretical study, weak sense of advanced consciousness, imperfect motivation to join the Party, etc. It is imperative to strengthen the education of student Party members. The paper discusses the difficulties and challenges in the process of education from the aspects of their ideological understanding, educational effectiveness, faculty, assessment and evaluation.Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the theoretical education system,enriching the carrier of practical education, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism and so on.
