摘  要:“一带一路”倡议是“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的简称,也是我国参与全球开放合作、促进全球共同发展繁荣的中国方案。四川是“一带一路”沿线的重要区域,其传统特色小吃有着悠久的历史和独特的风味。本文通过分析“一带一路”带来的各类机遇,以这一背景下成都传统特色小吃产业的发展为例,总结出符合这一时代特色的相关发展策略,在促进成都特色小吃产业发展的同时,推动整个四川传统特色小吃产业的良性发展。The One Belt and One Road initiative is short for the silk road economic belt and the 21st century maritime silk road. It is also a plan to participate in global opening-up and to promote the global corporate development and prosperity. Sichuan is an important region along the Belt and Road. Its traditional special snacks have long histories and unique flavors. By analyzing opportunities given by the Belt and Road Initiative and taking the development of Chengdu traditional special snack industry as an example, this paper summarizes the strategies of improving the industrial development, which can promote the development of Chengdu characteristic snack industry, and also promote the healthy development of the whole Sichuan traditional characteristic snack industry.
