摘  要:本文将结合V3N超硬型高速钢模具的开发情况,重点介绍V3N超硬型高速钢模具钢的性能和在粉末冶金工业上的应用。V3N超硬型高速钢模具具有一般合金模具的韧性,同时又具有硬质合金类模具的硬度和耐磨性,以及优良的综合力学性能。因此,在模具设计和制造过程中,选用正确制造模具的材料,合理安排工艺路线,对充分发挥模具材料的潜在性能、降低成本、减少能耗、提高模具的使用寿命和质量将起到重大的作用[1]。This paper will combine the development of V3N ultra-hard high-speed steel die,the performance and application of V3N ultra-hard high speed steel die steel in powder metallurgical industry are emphatically introduced.V3N ultra-hard high-speed steel mould has the toughness of general alloy mold,at the same time, it has the hardness and wear resistance of cemented carbide molds, and excellent mechanical properties. There fore in the process of mold design and manufacture, if we can select the appropriate material for manufacturing die and arrange the process route properly, it will play an important role in giving full play to the potential performance of the material, reducing the cost, reducing the energy consumption and improving the service life and quality of the die.
