摘  要:入炉原料结构波动以及质量劣化,加之操作方针调整的相对滞后,导致一段时期内唐钢3号高炉主要经济技术指标与先进企业差距较大。高炉通过入炉物料筛分管理、基本操作制度优化、冷却设备维护以及炉前精细化生产管理,逐渐形成合理、稳定的操作炉型,各项指标大幅改善。There is a big gap of main economic and technological indexes between No.3 BF and advanced enterprises in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. It is due to fluctuation of raw material structure and deterioration of quality, together with relative lag of adjustment of operation method. Through screening management of feeding materials, optimization of basic operation system, maintenance of cooling equipment and fine production management in front of the furnace, a reasonable and stable operation furnace pattern has been gradually formed, and various indexes have been greatly improved.
