摘  要:以耐盐能力强的小麦品种‘青麦6号'和耐盐能力较弱的品种‘济麦22'为材料,研究了介导植株盐分渗透胁迫响应ABA受体家族基因和NF-Y转录因子家族基因表达模式及耐盐品种转录谱特征。结果表明:ABA家族成员TaPYL2和TaPYL6以及NF-Y家族成员TaNF-YB1、TaNF-YB4、TaNY-YB5和TaNF-YB8在供试品种中均呈盐分诱导表达模式,且盐分处理下上述基因在‘青麦6号'中表达较在'济麦22'的表达均显著增强。表明ABA依赖途径在增强'青麦6'抵御盐碱逆境中发挥着重要作用。RNAseq分析表明,与‘济麦22'相比,盐分处理下‘青麦6号'叶片和籽粒中分别有3273个和5367个基因呈差异表达。上述差异表达基因归属于细胞组分、分子过程和生物学功能相关的功能类别,参与众多逆境响应相关的生化代谢调节。表明耐盐小麦品种抵御盐分逆境能力的增强,与其通过ABA信号通路依赖途径及在转录水平上众多基因表达模式发生改变有关。Using ‘Qingmai 6’, a wheat cultivar with strong salt tolerance and ‘Jimai 22’, a cultivar to be salt stress sensitive, we investigated the expression patterns of genes in ABA receptor family and those in NF-Y transcription factor family that play important roles in osmotic stress response and resistance under salt stress. Results indicated that the ABA receptor genes TaPYL2, TaPYL6 and the NF-Y transcription factor genes TaNF-YB1, TaNF-YB4, TaNY-YB5 and TaNF-YB8 all showed salt-induced expression patterns in tested wheat varieties, and the induction degree on above genes to be intensified in ‘Qingmai 6’ relative to that in ‘Jimai 22’. These results suggested that it is critical of the ABA-dependent pathway in mediating plant salt stress tolerance in the salt-tolerant cultivars. RNAseq analysis showed that ‘Qingmai 6’ displayed 3 273 and 5 367 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in leaves and grains, respectively, under saline treatment compared with ‘Jimai 22’. These DEGs were categorized into the functional groups related to cell components, molecular processes and biological functions, which are involved in the regulation of various biochemical metabolisms that contribute to plant response to salt stress. Our results indicated the function of ABA-dependent signaling pathway and modified transcription of a quantity of genes in plant high salinity response and adaptation.
