摘　　要：目的:探讨瘢痕组织瓣交叉修复双侧唇裂术后继发上唇短缩畸形的临床效果。方法:根据上唇短缩程度,设计瘢痕组织瓣长宽,将瘢痕组织瓣交叉修复上唇短缩。结果:本组8例患者,术后瘢痕组织瓣血运良好,随访6~12个月,上唇外观改善良好,纵向短缩畸形明显改善,术区瘢痕不明显,无手术并发症,患者对术后效果满意。结论:采用瘢痕组织瓣交叉修复双侧唇裂术后继发上唇短缩畸形具有手术操作简单,安全性高,切口隐蔽,修复效果好等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of scar tissue flap in repair of shortening of the upper lip after bilateral cleft lip repair. Methods According to the degree of shortening of the upper lip, the scar tissue flap was designed in the upper lip. The scar tissue flap was through local flap rotated to repair the shortening of the upper lip. Results Eight cases were followedup for 6 to 12 months. All the scar tissue flap survived completely. The appearance of the upper lip was good and incision scars were concealed without surgical complications. The patients were satisfied with the postoperative effects. Conclusion The scar tissue flap offers a number of advantages, including easy manipulation, high security, invisible incision and worthiness of being widely applied in clinic.
