微针种植笔在自体毛发移植中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察采用微针种植笔进行毛发移植的临床效果。方法:2010年10月-2018年10月,采用微针种植笔对雄激素性秃发患者进行了毛发移植手术。采用直径0.8~1.0mm的FUE提取针钻取患者供区毛囊,在2~4倍体视镜下将毛囊周围组织去除,然后将获取的毛囊装进直径0.6~0.9mm的种植笔,按照受区毛发自然生长方向进行种植。结果:本次共15601例患者,14416例患者随访大于6个月,毛囊成活率达到90%以上,所有患者均无不良反应。结论:采用微针种植笔进行毛发移植是一种能够保证毛发移植效果的手术方式。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hair transplantation with microneedle implant pen. Methods From October 2010 to October 2018, we had hair transplantation surgeries with microneedles implant pen on androgenetic alopecia patients. We used FUE punch with diameter of 0.8-1.0 mm to extract hair follicles from donor area, and removed the surrounding tissues under stereoscopic microscope. After loading the obtained hair follicles into the implant pen with diameter of 0.6-0.9 mm, we transplanted them according to the natural direction of hair growth in the recipient area. Results A total of 15 601 patients were involved in this study. 14 416 patients were followed up for more than 6 months. The survival rate of hair follicles was over 90%. There were no adverse reactions in all patients. Conclusion Hair transplantation with microneedle implant pen is a is an effective way to ensure the effect of hair transplantation.
