摘　　要：文化创意产业是江苏经济社会建设发展进程之中极其重要的支柱产业,切实制定和运用适当方案做好指向江苏地域的文化创意产业领域专业人才培养工作,能够为一定历史时期之内的江苏地域文化创意产业快速有序发展创造支持条件。本文围绕文化创意产业人才培养思路论题,择取三个具体方面进行简要阐释。Cultural and creative industries are the most important pillar industries in the process of economic and social construction and development in Jiangsu Province. Making and applying appropriate plans to train professionals in the field of cultural and creative industries in Jiangsu Province can create support conditions for the rapid, stable and orderly development of cultural and creative industries in Jiangsu Province in a certain historical period. In this paper, around the topic of cultivating talents in cultural and creative industries, three specific aspects are briefly explained.
