摘　　要：本文通过构建区域文化综合竞争力评价体系,并运用竞优理论的民主代理评价方法,对河南省区域文化综合竞争力进行实证评价。研究表明河南省位于全国中游、中部领先的位置,优势在于文化资源丰富且文化产业规模较大,但人才资金不足和文化事业落后是其短板。This paper constructs an empirical evaluation of the comprehensive competitiveness of regional culture in Henan Province by constructing a comprehensive evaluation system of regional culture and using the democratic agency evaluation method of competitive advantage theory. The research shows that Henan Province is located in the middle and middle of the country. The advantage lies in the rich cultural resources and the large scale of the cultural industry. However, the lack of talent funds and the backwardness of cultural undertakings are shortcomings.
