高校基层党建与大学生就业工作融合的路径探索

摘　　要：近年来,如何将高校基层党建融入大学生就业工作逐渐成为研究的热点。然而,现有研究大多从理论层面探讨两者结合的现实意义,并没有提出切实可行的措施。本文基于济宁医学院管理学院近年来以“党建+”新思维引领大学生就业工作的实践经验,探讨如何将高校基层党建与大学生就业有机结合,以提升就业指导工作的实效性。依托党建平台,通过建设“服务型”毕业生党支部、打造教工党员就业咨询平台、加强对毕业生流动党员的管理以及组织面向就业创业的“校友党课”和“微型党课”等措施,构建大学生就业指导工作的新模式。In recent years, how to integrate the grass-roots party building into the employment of college students has gradually become a research hotspot. However, most of the existing studies discuss the practical significance of the combination of the two from the theoretical level, and do not propose practical measures. Based on the practical experience of the Management College of Jining Medical College in recent years, which guides the employment of college students with the new thinking of “party building plus”, this paper explores how to organically combine the party building at the grass-roots level with the employment of college students in order to improve the effectiveness of employment guidance. Relying on the platform of Party building, a new mode of employment guidance for college students is constructed by building “service-oriented” graduate party branch, building a platform for employment consultation of teaching and working party members, strengthening the management of graduate mobile party members, and organizing “alumni party course” and “mini party course” for employment and entrepreneurship.
