摘 要:通过对装备定时维修与视情维修2种模式进行比较分析,提出了预防性维修策略由"定时"向"视情"转变的建议。详细介绍了视情维修的概念、工作流程,分析了不同类型装备视情维修的条件。通过对视情维修间隔期进行建模,给出了基于安全性影响和基于经济性影响的算法模型和应用实例。使视情维修间隔期的制定科学合理,以利于推动视情维修在维修保障中的推广和应用。Through the comparison and analysis on the fixed repair and the condition-based repair of the equipment, the preventive repair strategy should be changed from fixed repair to condition-based repair. This paper introduces the concept and flow, and analyzes the condition for different products.Through modeling the condition-based repair interval, this paper puts forward to the algorithm model based on the safety influence and the economic influence, and presents an example. It is more reasonable and feasible for the condition-based repair interval, and which is helpful to promote the application of condition-based repair in equipment maintenance.
