摘  要:试验采用14MnCrMoNiNb钢,进行了淬火+两相区淬火+回火工艺(QQ’T)研究,试验结果表明,QQ’T工艺可以获得回火索氏体+少量铁素体的复相组织,在不损失材料强度和韧性的前提下,可以使材料的屈强比降低到0. 80左右,从而大幅提高材料的使用安全性能。The experiment with 14 MnCrMoNiNb steel was for studying quenching + quenching in two-phase region + tempering process( QQ’T). The experimental results showed that the multiphase microstructure of tempered sorbite + a small amount of ferrite could be obtained with the QQ’T process. On the premise of without losing the strength and toughness of material,the yield ratio of material could be reduced to about 0. 80 so that the serviceability safety performance of material could be improved greatly.
