摘 要:文章基于Q/YS 1572. 1标准中对规格为Φ139. 7 mm×7. 72 mm的N80-1套管屈服强度和冲击韧性指标,工业试验摸索了在线常化工艺中再加热温度对钢管屈服强度和冲击功的影响。工业试验结果表明,钢管入再加热炉前的温度不高于550℃,钢管再加热温度控制在870~900℃,可实现钢管的屈服强度达到570~620 MPa,0℃半尺寸纵向冲击功不低于40 J,钢管的屈服强度及冲击韧性满足Q/YS 1572. 1标准要求。In the paper,the effects of reheating temperature in the on-line normalizing process on yield strength and impact energy of steel tube were explored with industrial experiments based on the indexes of yield strength and impact toughness for Φ139. 7 mm × 7. 72 mm N80-1 casing in the Q/YS 1572. 1 standard. The results showed that the yield strength of steel tube could reach 570 ~ 620 MPa and the half-size longitudinal impact energy at 0 ℃ is ≥40 J if the temperature of steel tube before entering reheating furnace was ≤550 ℃ and reheating temperature was controlled at 870 ~900 ℃,which could meet the requirements of the Q/YS 1572. 1 standard.
