摘  要:文章介绍了采用MPM机组热连轧工艺生产TA2无缝钛管关键工艺参数设计,试制表明,加热温度控制在1010~1020℃,顶头及导板表面涂覆自主研发的抗粘性剂,开轧温度控制到940~960℃时,塑性变形较好,热工具表面未产生粘黏现象。TA2无缝钛管检查结果显示,热连轧工艺生产的TA2钛管内外表面质量良好,外径及壁厚控制在尺寸偏差范围内,该工艺完全能够生产钛管及钛合金管。In this paper,the design for key technological parameters of hot continuous rolling process of producing TA2 seamless titanium tube with MPM unit is introduced. The trial production showed that the plastic deformation was better and the surface of hot tool was not sticky when the heating temperature was controlled at 1 010 ~ 1 020 ℃,the surfaces of top and guide plate were coated with the self-developed viscous resistance agent as well as the initial rolling temperature was controlled at 940 ~ 960 ℃. The inspection results of TA2 seamless titanium tube produced with the hot continuous rolling process showed that its internal and external surface quality was good as well as the outer diameter and wall thickness were controlled within the dimensional deviations so that the process could be used for producing the titanium tube and titanium alloy tube.
