摘　　要：文章对包钢生产的S135钢级石油钻杆管体用钢的特殊性能进行了实验室研究,结果表明:该钢种具有良好的低温冲击韧性,当温度为-70℃时,平均冲击功仍可达到80 J以上;该钢种的平均抗扭强度为920 MPa、旋转弯曲疲劳极限应力为462 MPa、平均疲劳裂纹扩展速率为8. 4×10^-6mm/cycle和19. 7×10^-6mm/cycle、裂纹尖端张开位移为0. 181 mm。In the paper,it is introduced the special properties of S135 grade petroleum drill pipe body steel produced by Baotou Steel have been studied in the laboratory. The results showed that it was with good low temperature impact toughness and the average impact energy could reach above 80 J when the temperature was-70 ℃;its average torsional strength was 920 MPa,fatigue limit stress of rotating bending was 462 MPa,average spreading rates of fatigue crack were 8. 4 ×10-6 mm/cycle and 19. 7 × 10-6 mm/cycle as well as the opening displacement of crack tip was 0. 181 mm.
