摘　　要：文章介绍了包钢调质生产的高强高韧性射孔枪管,通过钢种设计、热处理工艺试验和实际生产总结了高钢级射孔枪管的开发情况和效果。结果表明,通过合适的热处理工艺后射孔枪管达到了150ksi强度级别,横向冲击韧性好,具备高强高韧的性能。In the paper,the high-strength and high-toughness perforating barrel produced with quenching and tempering by Baotou Steel is introduced. Its development and effects are summarized through the design of steel grade,heat treatment process test and actual productions. The results show that its strength can reach 150 KSI level,transverse impact toughness is good so that it is with high-strength and high-toughness performance after the appropriate heat treatment process.
