摘  要:API圆螺纹套管接头做拉伸至失效实验,拉伸载荷未达到最小连接强度而接头发生了滑脱。文章利用有限元法对比钢管外径、钢管壁厚、钢管内径和螺纹锥度的变化对接头连接强度的影响。计算结果表明,钢管几何参数对连接强度影响较大,同时提出用于圆螺纹加工的平端管几何参数的控制原则。The tensile to failure experiment was carried out with the sleeve joint of API round thread and the tensile load did not reach the minimum connection strength so that the joints slipped. In the paper,the effects of changes of outer diameter,wall thickness and inner diameter of steel tube as well as taper of thread on connection strength of joints were compared with the finite element method. The calculation results showed that the effects of geometric parameters of steel tube were greater and the control principle for geometric parameters of plain-end tube for processing round thread was put forward.
