摘　　要：对西门子SGT5-4000F(4+)型燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组在停运过程中出现的燃机盘车投运失败的现象进行分析,将可能引起该现象的原因逐个分析排除。基本判断为燃机盘车投运初期,盘车电动机进油流量调节阀卡涩及开启加速度小,使盘车小齿轮无法在顺控步序监视时间内达到规定转速,引起燃机盘车顺控保护动作,盘车投运失败。最后经技术分析及现场处理,盘车投运失败问题得到彻底解决。The Siemens SGT5-4000F(4+) type gas and steam combined cycle units in the shutdown process of gas turbine turning gear failure phenomenon are analyzed.The possible causes of this phenomenon is analyzed and excluded one by one.The basic judgment is that in the initial operation period of the turbine turning gear, the regulating valve of the intake flow of the turning gear motor is stuck and the opening acceleration is small.So that the pinion cannot reach the required speed within the monitoring time of the sequential control steps. It causes the operation of the gas turbine turning gear sequence control protection.After the on-site treatment, the problem of the failure of the gas turbine turning gear has been completely solved.That s all.
