摘 要:以某电厂的电煤船运码头扩建项目为研究对象,针对扩建项目的2套备选方案,采用2种经济性评价模型进行最优方案选择,并对其可行性进行验证。采用基于费用效益分析法的码头扩建项目经济性评价模型对项目的财务效益指标进行评价,结果表明2套方案均具有可行性。在此基础上,为选出最优方案,以专家打分为基础,运用基于层次分析法的码头扩建项目经济性评价模型计算出码头扩建项目各层次元素的权重比值,对各层次元素进行排序分析,由此选出最优方案。通过计算得出2套备选方案的对比结果,结果表明方案二的综合效益更高。Taking the expansion of a coal wharf in a power plant as the research object, two alternative expansion plans are compared based on the economic evaluation model and are validated for their feasibility. The cost-efficiency analysis is taken to evaluate the financial efficiency of the project. Both the plans are proved feasible but the optimal one cannot be determined. Therefore, the analytic hierarchy process in the economic evaluation model of port expansion project is applied to calculate the weighting ratio of the element at each level and rank the order of preference on the basis of experts’ scoring, which leads to the result that Scheme Two is the winner.
