摘　　要：石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺产生污酸石膏浆液,由于石膏颗粒细、黏性强、成分复杂,给石膏脱水、提纯带来很大困难。利用高参数石膏离心机,通过工艺参数协同作用,并匹配相关结构及设施,使石膏离心机在进料初期具有离心沉降的功能,进入的石膏浆液快速沉降浓缩,然后进行离心过滤、洗涤,可获得含水率(游离水)质量分数为12%~15%的高纯度石膏产品。The waste acid gypsum slurry produced by limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization process is difficult to dehydrate and purify gypsum because of its fine particles, strong viscosity and complex composition. Using high-parameter gypsum centrifuge, through the synergistic effect of technological parameters and matching relevant structures and facilities, gypsum centrifuge has the function of centrifugal settling at the initial stage of feeding. The gypsum slurry is rapidly settled and concentrated, and then centrifugal filtration and washing are carried out. The water content (free water) of gypsum centrifuge is 12%-15%. High purity gypsum products.
